The Florida Wilderness Search & Rescue C.E.R.T. unit was busy today training on advanced Victim Recovery & Transport techniques. Led by Commander Joseph E. Ruiz and Lt. Commander Melissa Rodriguez, this 45-member team believes ongoing training is the key to their success.
